Located in the main street of Wallan, Vento has something for everyone. Incorporating Cuisine of all cultures with a hint of Melbourne, Executive chef/Owner Rohit Bhanot bought cafe Vento restaurant bar after working as a chef within the business one and a half years ago.

 

His dream was to own his own restaurant locally where he could create exquisite food that you could enjoy without having to travel to the city. Rohit has always had a passion for food which you can taste in every mouthful and has been in the industry for over 12 years.

 

Vento is also about giving back to the community through local employment and local fundraising nights.
Since Rohit has owned the business many exciting changes have happened such as new menus, new function spaces and food delivered to the local area.
With many more exciting things happening every week.

Rohit loves how diverse Vento is from elegant weddings upstairs, to live music events, trivia as well as kids shows.
